Al-Qatami for ready mix Concrete
Al-Qatami Ready mix Co. is a Kuwait based company with Limited Liability was established in year 1986 with the aim for supplying high quality ready mix concrete for the construction industry in industrial area of Sulaibiya and to meet the ever-increasing demand of the building & construction industry we recently built one more concrete factory at Kabed.

The company keeping serves the customer by providing a very robust ready mix concrete at reasonable price. The company follows varies modern precise method for quality controlling while producing the concrete such as “ISO 9001:2000” & “statistical model”. The ready mix concrete manufactured by our company is of international standard and offer high-tech solution to different type of industries such as public works, industrial and construction industries etc.

The company research and development department is continuously upgrading it resource for the development of new & innovative product based on architectural design, environmental friendly & unique structural need as per the customer requirement and demand and at the same time helping us in increasing our market share in the fast growing market.
Certificates
Batching Plant
One central mixer (Batching plant) "Meka" made in Turkey, with German specification & supervise. Fully automated with the capacity of 150 M3/Hour of wet concrete. Located in Sulaibiya.
Two central mixers (Batching plant) "CIFA" made in Italy. Fully Computerized with 120 M3/Hour capacity of dry concrete for each. Located in Kabed.
Primary Material Stores
Total of eight storages. Four separate shaded piles up for each factory. One pile designed for washed sand, and three others for aggregate sized (1/2″, 3/4″ and 8/3″) .All these stores are fully protected from adverse climate.
Cement Silo
Six cement silos, two for each central mixer (Batching Plant) with capacity of 200 tons of cement. That is four located in Kabed and two in Sulaibiya.
Cement Silo
Two underground water tanks with modern technology, which have capacity of 220 M3 of portable water for each. Both tanks are connected to a water cooler/ chiller (York Type) which can cool up to 120 liters of water and having a cooling degree between 4 – 5° C.
Company Vehicles
The company owns a vast fleet of truck mixer with modern technology for delivering ready mix concrete. The company has vast fleet of modern Mercedes Benz truck mixers with 10-12 M3 capacity for each.
The company has five German made pumps of various length for (32-56) meters. The 56M "Putzmeister" pump can be used horizontally and vertically on both side to the desired placed required at the construction site.
Maintenance Workshop
The company workshop for maintenance is well equipped latest technology for repairing, welding, painting etc the equipment which is supervised by a technical team of professional with vast experience in this field.
Services
The company offers a wide range of services to the customer such as night service, different pumps as per requirement and with the availability of large fleet vehicle the deliver rate is fast and quick and the pace of delivery can be adapted as per customers need, and can be adjusted any moment.

Company Laboratory
The company has two modern & well-equipped laboratory of 100 M2 each at both the factories, with high-tech tools and devices for carrying out the testing and inspection of the primary material used in manufacturing ready mix concrete. The primary material are subject to stringent method to obtain the desired result of high quality ready mix concrete and various quality control measure are undertaken while manufacturing & delivering the ready mix concrete.
